Mike LaVecchia is okay with that – he’s the guy out surfing in the wind-slop when the rest of us can still see our breath and are wearing turtlenecks. He’s also the founder of Grain Surfboards. With a background in snowboards and traditional boat building, Mike started building beautiful wood boards that let surfers lessen their impact on the planet, and surf a great board.
